At 1342 hours, a structure box was transmitted for Co. 29 (Halifax) Chief 29-3 arrived on scene requesting the 1st alarm which brought Engine , Tanker, and Rescue 21. Engine and Rescue crews assisted on the fire while the rescue also filled air cylinders.
Units O/S
Rescue 21 was dispatched to the 216-2 for an accident with injuries. Rescue 21 Arrived on scene, packaged the patient and loaded them into the waiting ambulance, Rescue 21 went available apon the arrival of Engine 216
Friday Night Box 21-4 was dispatched for an accident with Ejection. Chief 21-3 Arrived on scene requesting life lion be sent to the scene. There were two flown out by Life lion.
This Evening the local Daisey’s came to visit the fire station, They toured the firehouse and received fire prevention materials. They enjoyed a snack and then departed.
February 1st at 1353 Hours Co. 21 was dispatched Class 1 for a medical assist, to assist MICU 6-3. Chief 21-1 (M.Wertz) Officered while Chief 21-2 (Walborn) was Chauffeur. Rescue 21 was on scene for approx. 15 minutes before returning available
This Morning at 6:56 Company 21 was dispatched to West Main/Callow hill for an accident with injuries, LT3 (B.Wertz) Advised Chief 21 (Welker) That the intersection was accident free. Chief 21 continued to investigate while LT3 (B. Wertz) Continued to the station. Chief 21 (Welker) Found the accident at 225/Callow hill. Chief 21 canceled rescue 21 En route.
Several minutes later at 0719 Hours Rescue 21 was dispatched to assist Co. 20 (Millersburg) With a 15 Car Accident on Rabbit Hill. Rescue 21 Went en route with Chief Engineer (Fetterhoff) driving and LT3 (B. Wertz) as officer. Rescue 21 responded with a reduced crew due to hazardous road conditions. It took Rescue 21 exactly 21 minutes to get to Millersburg.
At 0725 Hours Box 21-5 Was dispatched on Kocher Lane For a CO Alarm. Utility 21 Responded in place of the rescue which was already responding to assist CO. 20 (Millersburg) Utility 21 was driven by Fire Fighter Troutman and officered by Fire Fighter Crosby. Chief 21 (Welker) Remained at the station with additional crew to staff the engine
@0325 Hours A structure fire was dispatched at 57 West Main Street in Elizabethville Boro. Chief 21 Went on scene with a working fire and requested a working fire dispatch. Chief 21 stated it would require extensive overhaul. At the time of this posting units are still on scene. Chief 21 had command

On December 3rd at 1119 hours Engine 21 was dispatched to the 27-3 box for a structure, Engine 21 responded with 6 and assisted with fire suppression. Engine 21 was on scene for approx 2 hours.
Station 21 was dispatched to the 21-2 box on Mohr road for a chimney fire. Engine and rescue 21 responded and were on scene for a short time and then cleared
